Welcome!

I am Chara Kokkiou and I am currently a Medical Ethics Professor of Practice in the Philosophy Department at Tulane University. My first Ph.D. is in Classics (University of Crete) and my second Ph.D. is in Philosophy (Tulane University).

 

My current academic interests lie at the intersection of philosophy and psychology with a primary focus on emotions. 

 

My research projects have an interdisciplinary character.
